| 仕事内容 | [Summary] tripla is a fast-growing travel tech company, building products for hotels across the globe to help them streamline their processes, improve efficiency, deliver high-quality customer service, and drive sales growth. We have engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other team members with diverse backgrounds and skill sets trying to do unique and impactful work in this competitive industry. Our data team at tripla works on algorithms and agentic solutions for hotel clients. Our biggest revenue driver are recommender systems that let hotel clients show the most relevant room plans to guests on official hotel websites. Our biggest mission this year has been taking an older chatbot product used by thousands of hotel and rebuilding it as an AI agent to accurately answer questions and take actions for guests on behalf of hotel staff. We are looking for AI and Machine Learning engineers to join our team and continue building: proposing new solutions, training new models as well as optimizing and evaluating existing solutions. We are working with a modern tech stack on GCP with a team that emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals and the freedom and ownership to choose how we build our solutions. We work closely with backend engineering teams, sometimes co-developing production solutions with AI and sometimes building microservices for tripla’s product back-end to use in production. There’s a lot of greenfield opportunity to make impact in this team at tripla. [Job Description] ● Evaluate AI systems to ensure accurate, reliable results reach the end user and transparent reporting of our AI systems’ capabilities, shortcomings, and known issues ● Train new models and improve existing (both LLM and traditional ML/DL) models and systems, deploying them to production and, along with the team, owning their reliability, uptime, and performance metrics. ● Analyze customer data and model inference results to find patterns and identify ways to deliver more value through our algorithms and solutions. Conduct tests to measure impact of improvements to the algorithms. ● Build data pipelines in Bigquery with dbt to support your own model development. ● Drive conversations with product managers and business stakeholders so that they understand what you’re building and why it matters |
| 求める人物像・資格 | [Qualifications] ●More than 2 years of combined experience as a full stack data scientist, machine learning engineer, and/or AI engineer ●Strong fundamentals in statistics and machine learning. Demonstrated experience developing solutions with LLMs (e.g. LangChain, Google ADK). ●Proficient writing production code (Python) and following software engineering best practices to build ●Comfortable and experienced with SQL and data orchestration tools like DBT, Airflow, Prefect ●Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and transformation best practices. ●Fluency in English. Fluency in additional languages (especially Japanese) is a plus. [Nice to Have] ●Experience working with embeddings models for RAG systems ●Experience building and evaluating agentic systems: tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, guardrails ●Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or an in-house eval harness) |

【役割と責任】
CE Department 長（執行役員）への報告のもと、triplaのプロジェクトマネジメント全体を統括していただきます。主に担当するのは、お客様（ホテルチェーン・宿泊施設など）へtriplaのサービスを導入する「カスタマープロジェクト」です。要件の確認から、設定・外部システムとの連携、稼働、稼働後の定着までを、お客様と社内の関係部署をまとめながら進めます。複数プロダクトの同時導入や、外部システム・パートナー企業との連携を伴う大型案件も含まれます。このほか、導入プロセスの改善など、社内のプロジェクトを担当いただくこともあります。
マネジメント業務だけを担うポジションではありません。大型・難易度の高い導入案件では、ご自身がプロジェクトオーナーとしてお客様の前に立ち、稼働・定着まで責任を持っていただきます。目安として、稼働の半分程度は直接リードする案件に充てるイメージです。

【主な職責範囲】
1) カスタマープロジェクトのハンズオンでのリード
・大型・難易度の高い導入案件について、自らプロジェクトオーナーとしてキックオフから稼働・定着までを完遂
・お客様との要件確認、スコープ調整、進行管理、課題解決まで、必要に応じて自ら手を動かして推進
・お客様の経営層・担当者との関係構築と、導入後の利用拡大につながる提案
・難航案件・エスカレーション案件への介入と収束
2) プロジェクトポートフォリオの統括
・進行中のカスタマープロジェクト全体と、関連する社内プロジェクトの把握と優先順位付け
・リソース配分の意思決定と、案件横断のボトルネック解消
・社内経営層・お客様の経営層に対する報告、論点提示、意思決定の獲得
3) プロジェクトマネジメント組織の統括
・プロジェクトマネージャー／PMOメンバー（2〜3名）のライン統括（採用・育成・目標設定・評価）
・各メンバーへの案件アサインと、難易度・負荷のバランス設計
・自らの実務を通じた基準の提示と、次世代PMの育成・属人化の解消
4) プロジェクトマネジメント基盤の構築
・導入プロジェクトの進め方（プロセス、成果物テンプレート、品質基準、ゲート審査）の設計と定着
・生成AI・プロジェクト管理ツール・ダッシュボードを活用した、進捗・リスク・工数・収益性の可視化
・導入プロジェクトのナレッジ蓄積と再現性の向上（横展開・標準化）
5) 部門横断・グループ横断の推進
・プロダクト／開発／セールス／CS／コーポレートとの利害調整と、部門横断課題の解決
・APAC各拠点およびグループ会社を含む、多国籍・多言語環境でのプロジェクト推進

[The Role]
The CPO sets the mid-long term strategic direction for tripla's product portfolio. As VPoP for Demand Generation, you will set the OKRs that align with the strategy and own the execution including the product roadmap, the PM organization, and the day-to-day decisions that turn OKRs into shipped products and outcomes.
[Scope]
You will lead tripla's Demand Generation — the product cluster that operates as the strategic frontline of tripla's Gen AI transformation, owning the AI Search/Commerce adaptation (AEO) and the AI Concierge evolution (Bot).
Products under your scope: tripla Bot, tripla Guide, tripla Connect, tripla Analytics, tripla Boost, tripla Rate Management, tripla Review, tripla Page.
