Job Description

E-Commerce staff position open for in-house Global EC Division at TENGA Headquarters in Tokyo.

We have a position available within the Global EC Division at TENGA, for our official online stores in the USA and Europe.

In this position you will be working alongside the Department Manager and local offices, utilizing skills in e-commerce sales (promotions, CRM, and advertising) and operation (website upkeep and asset creation).

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing skills for digital marketing, and a desire to bring our brands to the hands of our fans around the world.

Requirements

〈Required〉

・Experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing in one or more of the following fields:

- E-Commerce optimization

- E-Commerce promotion / planning

- Customer retention

- Email marketing

・Native Level English with excellent written English skills

・Intermediate Level Japanese

・Residing in and legally eligible to work full time in Japan (resident, citizen, visa and otherwise).

※Visa support will be provided for a successful candidate

〈Prefered〉

・Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian
